We offer free shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany on all orders over €100.
For orders below this amount, and for international deliveries, standard shipping rates apply. These will be shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace code.

As long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can still make adjustments. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

You can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
A €5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
This small contribution helps us encourage more mindful shopping and supports our commitment to sustainability by reducing unnecessary shipments.

You can start your return in two ways:
Option A : Via your DOT Amsterdam account (recommended):
- Log in to your account
- Open Orders and select the relevant order
- Click “Request Return”
Option B : Via email:
Email info@dot-amsterdam.com with your order number and reason for return.
⚠️ Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and further instructions.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount (minus the €5 return fee) via your original payment method. This process usually takes 5–7 business days.

We use premium-quality fabrics such as 100% cotton and durable blends designed for comfort and longevity.

In general, we recommend washing at 30°C, inside out, and avoiding tumble drying.
Mohair items should be hand washed only.
