Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn/unused, tags attached, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Option A: Via your DOT Amsterdam account (recommended)

1. Log in to your account
2. Open Orders and select the relevant order
3. Click “Request Return”

Option B — Via email
Email info@dot-amsterdam.com with your order number and reason for return.

Important: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Costs

A flat €5 fee per shipment applies to all returns. This cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Sustainable Returns

Every return has an environmental impact. If you’re unsure about size or fit, email us at info@dot-amsterdam.com— we’re happy to help you choose the right size and reduce unnecessary returns.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days (minus the €5 return fee).

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need extra time to post the refund.
